1. The Cat & Fiddle


Named after the Cat & Fiddle pub, this is a stretch of road located between Buxton, Derbyshire, Macclesfield and Cheshire. Full of sweeping corners, hill climbs and sharp bends it's the perfect mixture for any great bike ride.

2. The Amalfi Coast


The Amalfi Coast Road is a popular Italian route for drivers/riders running from Sorrento to Salerno. The road offers stunning views of the ocean and is popular for featuring in films with the coastline attracting many motorcyclists for its hairpin bends and zig zag climbs. However this route is not for the faint hearted as the road becomes very narrow at points on the journey testing even the most experienced of riders.

3. Bergen to Geiringer - Norway


Travel through the fantastic Norwegian Fjords and take in the amazing scenery on offer. Ride up close to the glaciers and high cliffs enjoying the sweeping curves and steep zig zagging hill climbs. Have a break from riding and catch ferries across the fjords on your journey. All in all a scenic journey even for the well-travelled biker.

4. Cabo de gata to Granada - Spain


Travelling along the Sierra Nevada Mountains to Granada you can enjoy spectacular views in the Cabo de Gata National Park including volcanic rock, and lava flows and volcanic domes in this UNESCO listed Geopark. Then you will reach the National Park where you can enjoy views winding round the coastline roads.

5. The Stelvio Pass


The highest paved mountain pass in the Eastern Alps, this road offers incredible views of the Alps in all their glory. There are ample hairpin bends and sweeping corners to keep you on your toes whilst riding here. It was also chosen in Top Gear's 'greatest driving road in the world' which is why it appeals to all road enthusiasts.

6. 100 curves road – Poland


This route crosses the National Park of Stolowe Mountains in Poland. It offers spectacular views of the forest and stone features on offer. Famously named, the road is popular with motorcyclists because of the '100 curves' to ride round and varying inclines and angles.

7. The Alps


Ride across Europe's largest mountain range which features some of the most incredible views available from any road. The bending curves and steep climbs offer a thrilling ride where bikers can often forget to even enjoy the views, but ensure you do, as you can't find a similar view anywhere else in Europe.

8. Nockalmstrasse – Austria


Located in Austria, this mountainous stretch of road offers zig zag climbs and hairpin bends along Austria's finest mountains. The area is very well served for bikers offering specialised parking and safes for helmets etc. There are also various stops and watering holes for when you want to take a break from the exhilarating ride.

9. Verdon Gorge – France


The Verdon Gorge in France is a river gorge which is considered to be one of the most beautiful places you can find in Europe. The scenic views are what appeals to bikers as you ride a loop passing by the Verdon gorge taking in its turquoise clear blue waters and surrounding impressive mountains.

10. Atlantic Road Norway


This road is an impressive stretch of tarmac surrounded by viscous waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Situated on the mid-west part of the Norwegian Coastline it is known as being one of the best road trips and was ranked number one by the Guardian for this.
