Motorcyclists dodge costly London charge
The cost of driving into central London went up last week.
Drivers now have to pay £8 to travel into the capital during peak hours but two-wheeled vehicles are still exempt.

Motorcyclists can drive into London for free - one of the many perks of driving a motorbike.
Riders obviously need to make sure they have adequate bike insurance as the outskirts still get very busy and weaving in and out of traffic can be rather hazardous.
Mayor Ken Livingstone introduced the controversial congestion charge to cut traffic in the city and raise money for public transport.
