Yamaha introduces YBR250

Customer demand has resulted in motorbike manufacturer introducing its YBR250 model line-up for the year.

The YBR250, which has been available in Europe previously, is being imported into the UK in limited numbers; motorbike insurance policyholders may be excited to read.

Increasing customer demand has been attributed to the company's introduction of the latest model, with Yamaha describing the single cylinder four-stroke offering as the "perfect answer for those riders who like geared bikes, but also want to bridge the gap between a 125 and 600cc machinery".

According to the firm, the bike attracts low motorcycle insurance costs and is easy to ride, as well as boasting a contemporary design and low seat height of 805 millimetres.

The economical model is priced at £3,399 and is set to become available in dealerships in the near future, with silver or black finishes optional.

Earlier this month, Yamaha announced the launch of its WR125X and XJ6 Diversion models into UK showrooms.

The WR offering combines sports bike tyres with dirt bike excitement yet is suitable for urban riding, while the XJ6 Diversion is described by the firm as being a reliable, economical model that is also fun to ride.
