Suzuki launches limited edition white bikes

Bike insurance policyholders may be excited to read that bike manufacturer Suzuki has launched a limited run of white colour scheme models.

This month will see icy versions of the GSX-R1000, M1800R and Bandit 1250SA hit showrooms across the country.

Suzuki GB sales and marketing director, David Taylor, commented: "These limited run models offer the unusual combination of exclusivity and value."

He went on to say that with the white version of the GSX-R1000 costing the same as its ordinary-coloured counterparts, the firm expects demand to outstrip supply.

The model is headlining the range after taking its first global race win in the UK earlier this season ridden by Sylvain Guintoli in the British Superbike Championship.

Limited to just 100 machines, the new model features a glass splash white and silver paint scheme and gold wheels at a price of £9,800.

Meanwhile, 50 versions of the new white M1800R Featuring GSX-R technology will be available, with the Z model adding a distinctive blue stripe. It has a retail price of £9,500.

Joining the street bike range is the new Bandit 1250SA Z, with a pearl mirage paint scheme, revised graphics and metallic silver wheels, at a cost of £6,300 per bike from the range of 100.

Earlier this month, Suzuki announced one of its biggest ever finance campaigns, offering zero per cent deals on 14 bikes - including all Bandit 1250 models.
