Motorbike manufacturer Honda has announced a range of deals on its products in a bid to attract more custom ahead of the summer.
With a hot summer expected in the UK, the motorbike industry could well see more sales, with people also looking to downgrade from their cars to beat the recession.
Drivers with bike insurance are being urged by Honda to take advantage of its spring offers on a variety of its models, including affordable finance deals across its sportsbike, naked, scooter, touring and custom ranges.
The packages are being offered as part of Honda's 50th anniversary celebrations, marking half a century of the organisation's involvement in motor racing sports.
It is offering deals on its CBR1000RR Fireblade and CBR600RR machines, both of which are now available with what Honda describes as "the acclaimed and world-first" C-ABS system designed specifically for sports bikes.
According to new statistics from the Post Office, there has been a significant increase in the number of motorbike riders on Britain's roads this year.
The increase suggests a growing number of people are taking out bike insurance policies instead of driving expensive cars as part of a way to cut down on the cost of motoring during the recession.
