Suzuki Enduro rider Paul Edmondson has taken the win in the WOR Premiership event last weekend.
Edmondson worked his way up to third place by the end of the first lap and took the lead soon after, keeping control of the race at Lynn Ynn Hall for the remaining hours.
The event is likely to have been good practise for the forthcoming British Enduro Championship at Knighton.
Edmondson commented that his RM-Z250 bike was reliable and gave him the confidence to ride "hard and fast".
"That was a great outing, the track was tight and technical but the bike's performance was superb, very easy to ride," he stated.
The racer added that his confidence in the machine has "never been higher".
Riders hoping to take to the track themselves might want to ensure that they first invest in a good bike insurance policy to cover potential mishaps.
Suzuki are also celebrating victory at the Silkolene 2-Stroke British Championship in Whitby, where Team Doodson Suzuki Youth rider James Dunn took victory.
Dunn rode an RM125 machine for the first time at the event, having only practised on the 125 model for a set up session the week before.
