Jenny Tinmouth has revealed her passion for bike racing and says that taking part in the Isle of Man TT races was "amazing".
Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, Tinmouth, 31, said that she felt that taking part in the event was one of the best things she had ever done and advocated the sport to those with bike insurance.
She said: "The fact that someone closes the roads off so you can go racing around them is just amazing.
"Now I just want to go back next year and hopefully go faster again."
The Ellesmere Port-born racer revealed that she had always been a tomboy growing up, explaining the need for speed that led her to achieve an average lap time of 116mph at the Isle of Man TT.
She explained that the experience has only fired her up to go back, with bike insurance, and push herself to challenge this time.
"I have always been into cars and bikes," she mused, "My dad always had a bike and I grew up seeing him and going to Oulton Park and places watching the superbikes."
The Isle of Man TT took place on May 30th and attracted tens of thousands of bike fans wanting to see the high-performance vehicles in action.
