Bike manufacturer Yamaha has increased its accessory range for its popular new XJ6 and XJ6 Diversion models with the introduction of a sub-cowling.

The models can now be fitted with the belly "specifically designed to upgrade the standard factory fitted part for an even sportier look", the firm suggests.

Priced at £184.99 including VAT, the part has been developed from strong ABS and is available in a variety of colours so that bike insurance policyholders can match the sub-cowling to the rest of their kit or their machine's colour scheme.

The part has been designed especially for the bikes and tested with the machine to ensure the correct fit and compatibility.

Yamaha added: "This ensures that not only is the fit perfect but the quality is also second to none."

Recently, the firm announced that the XJ6 and XJ6 Diversion models are now being included in the Hot Wheels, Hot Deals finance initiative, under which consumers can opt for a new model with zero per cent finance until September 14th.

"Riders looking for something that has style, a good temperament and one that has a multi-talented character capable of taking its rider wherever they want to go need look no further - Yamaha's XJ6/Diversion will fit the bill," Yamaha suggested.
