Motorbike specialist Honda has released new details about its forthcoming 2010 line-up of new products, including a range of technical and colour-scheme updates to new models.

From the firm's Supersports category is the flagship CBR1000RR Fireblade, complete with sharper rear styling with an updated tail unit shape.

Next year's version of the bike will include an anti-lock braking system to add peace of mind , while new colourways will include a combination of silver, orange and graphite black with monochrome striping and a special all-black model.

The Fireblade's smaller sibling the CBR600RR, is also updated with a vibrant new design.

To commemorate the machine's victory in the World Supersport championship, the bike will be available in a sporty tricolour scheme of black, white and red.

Honda claims 2010 will be an equally exciting year for its cruiser range with the introduction of the all-new Shadow VT750 Black Spirit.

A variation on the Shadow Spirit, the design is said to hark back to that of the original custom cruiser machine - the bobber, integrating a 1950s style cropped rear fender.

In other biking news, adventurous off-road riders are to benefit from a free online guide to legal racing tracks provided by Suzuki as part of its centenary celebrations.

Bikers can visit the firm's UK website and use the custom search engine to find their nearest track.
