Organisers of this year's Classic Motor Show have promised that the motorbike section will be more impressive than ever.

Held at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre from November 13th to 15th, the show will offer something for every two-wheeler, with everything from classic Vespas to cutting-edge machines.

In addition to exhibiting 2008's best bike in show, the BSA Bantam Club will be showing off a BSA/Triumph hybrid, constructed from a modified BSA B25 SS frame and a T100 engine.

Owners of Suzuki GT750s have formed their own group. Dubbed the Kettle Club in homage to the bike's large radiator, they plan to exhibit ten of these unusual bikes.

Taking centre stage will be the Ace Cafe Racer Concours in the centre of the exhibition hall, which organisers say will feature only the best special, modified and standard cafe racer style motorcycles.

In addition, RealClassic magazine and Meguiar's are supporting the Pride of Ownership competition, where 50 owners of historic bikes will compete for top-of-the-range prizes.

Bike insurance customers hoping for a permanent reminder of their day at the show can pay a trip to the custom-built American Airstream caravan hosting the Travel Ink tattoo parlour, where celebrated tattooists will be showing off their inking skills.
