Bikers turn out to celebrate Hayabusa's 10th birthday

Bike insurance policyholders may have been among the 500 motorcycle fans who turned out to celebrate the tenth birthday of the Suzuki Hayabusa at Santa Pod last weekend.
Fans converged on the Northamptonshire racetrack to take part in activities both on and off the circuit as part of the event, run in conjunction with the Straightliners Championship.
As part of the Run What You Brung racing class, riders were allowed to try their hand at drag racing, while prizes were also handed out to the owners of the fastest standard and modified bikes.
A test fleet of bikes were on hand for attendees to try out Suzuki's latest models on the track.
Suzuki GB marketing manager George Cheeseman thanked everyone who turned out to celebrate the bike's birthday.
"With the help of the Straightliners team, we were able to join with our customers to celebrate a decade of the Busa at its spiritual home - the drag strip. Here's to another ten years," he added.
Suzuki is currently offering Hayabusa fans the chance to purchase one of the models on finance, with an APR of two per cent and the total amount payable £9,781.84.
