British Dakar legend Mick Extance is to join Honda in a new venture offering riders a unique off-road experience.
Based in two sites - Llangynog in north Wales and Doncaster - the Mick Extance Off-Road Experience provides riders of all abilities with a chance to improve their enduro or motocross skills in a safe location.
The endurance package trails through 1,500 acres of forestry commission land within the Berwyn mountains, where riders can guide their Honda CRF250X or CRF450X through a variety of terrains.
A one day deal costs £195 per rider, with weekend packages of two days riding priced at £350.
The Fat Cat Moto Parc in Armthorpe plays host to the motocross experience - priced at £95 - where riders will receive expert tuition from current British Masters Championship star Paul Smith alongside Extance.
Commenting on the new venture, Steve Martindale, general manager of Honda UK, said: "Were confident the Mick Extance Off-Road Experience will offer customers a fantastic opportunity to get into off-roading, enhance their current riding skills, experience our Honda off-road machines and have some great fun along the way."
In related news, the motorcycle manufacturer has also announced it is to offer a full winter service to all Honda riders for £99, if booked before February 2010.
