Tom Sagar and Paul Edmondson dominated last weekend's battle to win The Tough One's Little Brother Xtreme Scramble event.
Taking first and second place respectively, the Fast Eddie Suzuki Enduro teammates rode to victory in the race at Corwen, north Wales, on Sunday (November 8th).
Recently confirmed as a Suzuki rider for the 2010 season, Sagar was unphased by the tricky weather conditions on his specially-prepared RM-Z290, even managing to pull a 30-second lead on his teammate and nearest rival.
Speaking shortly after the event, the victorious rider said he had thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
"The conditions were tricky but rideable and once again the RM-Z was the perfect tool for the job. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into a full season next year," he noted.
Edmonson too managed to gain a lap's lead on the third-place biker, but settled for a comfortable second place result.
Speaking ahead of the new season, he told bike racing fans to expect some exciting new changes for the team.
The race is part of the build up to January 2010's The Tough One, set to take place at much loved Nantmawr Quarry track near Oswestry on the Shropshire borders.
