Hells Angels square up to Disney
The Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation is suing the Walt Disney Company in California over a forthcoming comedy about a pair of bikers the wrong side of 40.
Wild Hogs has not even entered production yet, but the Hells Angels are alleging that the film's publicity material uses the club's trademark name and logo without permission.
The iconic biker group also claims that it should have received a copy of the screenplay for approval, although Disney has dismissed the legal action as being "without merit".
The Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation was originally formed in the US in 1948, but it has since attracted followers from all over the world.

The disputed logo is also world famous, a skull adorned with a helmet and wings.
Wild Hogs is to star John Travolta and Tim Allen as the bikers in question, with filming set to begin later this year.
It is expected to be a comment on middle-aged men who jump onto their Harley Davidsons when released from the office. The men decide to go on a road trip, where they encounter a chapter of the Hells Angels.
Cheap motor bike insurance might not cover you against copyright cases, but it should give you a good level of cover depending on your needs.
Cheaper motor bike insurance may be found if you only use the bike at weekends and ride safely - rather than tearing up the road like a Hells Angel.
Official training courses are also available and can sometimes attract an insurance discount.
