Honda has announced that its motorcycles dominated the recent Motor Cycle News (MCN) reader survey of UK riders' top 100 best bikes.
Models from the brand scooped a quarter of places as voted for by bike insurance policyholders who read the publication.
Some 12,000 people took part in the survey, answering 1.5 million questions in relation to motorcycle build, reliability, comfort and quality.
Honda was shown to be the firm with the most number of models in the top 100 and joint top in having the most machines in the top 20.
The firm's VFR400R placed highest of its models, scoring 91 per cent overall. Meanwhile, the Fireblade, CBR600RR and the Hornet all followed with 90 per cent.
Steve Martindale, general manager of Honda UK Motorcycles, commented: "It's encouraging to see so many Hondas, old and new, being voted in Britain's top 100 bikes - but to achieve 25 per cent of the whole survey is impressive."
He added that the results highlight the build quality and reliability afforded by a Honda.
The firm is set to unveil it's 2010 model line-up this forthcoming Valentine's weekend, with riders invited to get down to their local dealership to be in with a chance of winning a romantic weekend in Paris.
