Bike insurance policyholders are set to be excited to read the first two brand new 2010 125cc Kawasaki models have gone on sale in the UK.
The fuel injected KLX125 model is described by Bike Trader as having caused a storm when it was displayed at the NEC in Birmingham as part of last year's Motorcycle Show.
Consequently, the publication suggests the machine could be a top seller within the learner market.
Kawasaki's Michael Johnstone commented: "This bike is designed to appeal to novices and those totally new to motorcycling with sure-footed manoeuvrability, a fun riding experience and durability as its primary design goals."
He went on to say that "many new riders want what they describe as a full-sized motorcycle", with the latest model fitting the bill.
The model achieves ten horsepower and is said to be easy to ride yet has the presence of a much larger model, Bike Trader suggests.
Mr Johnstone said the machine is likely to appeal to riders who want to purchase their model after being enticed by the industry's new Get On campaign.
The initiative gives those with an interest in motorcycling the chance to experience riding under qualified supervision for free.
