Scottish bike show draws closer

Bike insurance policyholders may be looking forward to the forthcoming Scottish Motorcycle Show held in Edinburgh next month.
Taking place on March 20th and 21st at the Royal Highland Centre, the show will feature the latest machines from top-class manufacturers including BMW, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Ducati, Honda and Suzuki and is also set to showcase the biggest ever display of custom bikes seen in the country.
The show is likely to offer something for every type of bike insurance policyholder, with a classic area for those with a passion for retro models and live action outside as a round of the Scottish Supermoto Championship takes place.
Supermoto representative Jack Gow commented: "We are really excited to be part of the MCN Scottish Show and hope that this event will become an annual part of our calendar."
He added that all the main riders would be present at the event, which could be a big draw for fans of the sport looking to meet their favourite biking stars.
Riders are invited to enter their models into a variety of classes at the show, as well as take in a performance by Monster Energy-sponsored freestyle rider Fred Crosset, who will be thrilling visitors with a stunt show.
Children get in to the event for free and a number of activities will be available to keep youngsters entertained, including a fun fair, games and inflatables.
