Bike insurance policyholders who are fans of iconic British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph might want to add a date in September to their diaries.

The firm has announced it will hold a festival on September 18th to mark 20 years since it successfully re-launched itself.

Triumph will be holding its celebrations at the Mallory Park race circuit in Leicestershire and has promised plenty of on-track action as well as activities off the circuit.

Among the events will be a round of the Triumph Triple Challenge and a number of special invitation races that will see the firm's Street Triple and Daytona 675 motorcycles take to the track.

Stunt riders will be on hand to wow on-looking bike insurance policyholders and the firm's range of machines will be on display alongside a number of key bikes from Triumph's history.

Visitors will have plenty of opportunity to test ride models themselves and invest in the latest gear to complete their own personal look and have the chance to purchase items from the 2010 autumn/winter clothing collection.

The firm has also promised a number of surprises on the day and live music in the evening.

Last month, Triumph announced the launch of two new bikes for 2010 to their cruiser and sports categories, the Triumph Thunderbird SE and 2010 Daytona 675SE.
