Motorpoint launches website to celebrate BSB team

Car supermarket Motorpoint has announced a new dedicated website in celebration of its British Superbike (BSB) team.
Bike insurance policyholders may be interested to read the firm has established its own Motorpoint-Yamaha BSB team and launched its website ahead of the first race of the season at Brands Hatch.
According to the firm, the website is "packed with up to the minute news and photography as well as a regular blogs from the likes of rising British Superbike star Dan Linfoot and team manager Rob McElnea".
Additionally, the site will provide visitors with regular opportunities to win cash prizes and merchandise signed by the team and could appeal to race-loving bike insurance policyholders by providing fans with "a unique insight into the team".
Motorpoint recently said that more than 300 people attended the launch of the Motorpoint Yamaha BSB team at the company's Derby headquarters.
The team is led by Neil Hodgson, a 36-year-old racer from Lancashire who in the past scooped the 2000 British Superbike Championship and the 2003 Superbike World Championship titles.
In March, the team conducted seven days of testing in Spain in preparation for the BSB Championship.
