Motorcycle fans are being invited to enhance their skills at the 2010 National BikeSafe Motorcycle Show.
The event will take place at Sheffield Arena on the weekend of June 12th and 13th and is organised by the Motor Cycle Industry Association's (MCI) Get On campaign.
Bike insurance policyholders in attendance will be treated to stunt displays by Dave Coates and can also catch sight of the Extreme Globe riders and international trials champion Steve Colley.
Off-road fans might prefer to take part in the Ady Smith KTM off-road experience.
But as well as the attractions, riders are invited to attend the show for a more important reason - to enhance their safety and potentially guard against bike insurance claims.
Every rider will have the opportunity to take a free 45-minute ride-out with an advanced police motorcyclist as long as they can present their licence and bike insurance papers.
Bikers can also opt for a ride-out on a manufacturer's model, with some confirmed named as Honda, Yamaha, BMW, Kawasaki and Triumph. Riders will need to pay a refundable deposit to cover any potential damage to the models but entry to the show is free.
