Honda Motorcycles is offering cash-strapped bike insurance customers the opportunity to purchase its range of machines.

The offer, which runs until 30 June 2010, includes the UK's best selling sports bike of 2009, the CBR1000RR Fireblade, which can now be purchased with a 20 per cent deposit and zero per cent finance over 24 months.

Honda's new finance scheme covers every two-wheeled taste - from scooters to sports bikes - and gives cyclists the flexibility of increasing the size of their deposit to reduce their monthly payments.

Young bike insurance customers could benefit from zero per cent finance on the PS125i, the SH125i, S-Wing and the SH200i scooters, which could cost as little as £86 per month over 24 months.

Honda is also including clothing and accessories on the finance deals, so motorcyclists can look the part when riding their new machines.

The popular naked-style of the CB1000R and CB600F Hornet can also be accessed using the finance deals from as little as £198 and £145 per month respectively.

As motorcycle season sets-in, bikers have been warned by the Motor Cycle Industry Association to ensure their safety is not at risk by taking out their machines unchecked after incurring winter damage.
