The Ducati 848 Challenge has seen Buildbase/JHP Racing's Darren Fry emerge victorious in the first round at Silverstone.
On-looking bike insurance policyholders who attended the recent event will have seen the racer scoop first place in both races, with teammate Leon Morris taking the second spot both times.
Race one saw Fry finish a comfortable five seconds ahead of his teammate, recording the fastest lap of the day at one minute 1.47 seconds.
Commenting on the event, Ducati said the Buildbase pair have achieved a strong start to the season, "but with over four weeks until the next round at Assen in late May there is plenty of time for the other teams and riders to continue to improve their bikes having now raced them for the first time".
Bike insurance policyholders planning to attend the forthcoming rounds of the event might want to keep abreast of changes in the calendar that mean the Oulton Park and Brands Hatch legs will no longer take place on their scheduled dates.
Organisers have said they are working to find replacement rounds and are still aiming to keep eight rounds and 15 races this season.
