Bike insurance policyholders might want to head to Warwickshire in July and put their golfing skills to the test for charity.
The Motor Cycle Industry (MCI) has announced it will stage a special centenary golf day on July 29th in aid of the automotive charity, BEN.
Set to be held at the Belfry, which is home to the PGA headquarters, keen golfers will able to compete against one another across 18 holes of golf on the PGA course before indulging in a three course meal and attending an awards ceremony.
The event marks 100 years of BEN's efforts, with the charity dedicated to helping those who work or who have worked in the auto industry as well as their dependants.
Steve Kenward, MCI's chief executive officer, said: "This charity event is a must for all golfers. It is the perfect opportunity to enjoy playing at this prestigious venue as well as contributing financially to the invaluable work of BEN."
He added that 100 years of active work is a major milestone.
The charity provides emotional, financial and practical support for those it helps and states that around one in ten people are eligible for its aid.
