Team MVR-D Suzuki rider Carl Nunn achieved three top-ten finishes last weekend at the fourth round of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship.

The biker qualified in ninth position and went on to take two eight place finishes and the sixth spot in the last race of the event at Lyng in Norfolk.

Bike insurance policyholders who are fans of the team may be pleased to see Nunn back on form after a difficult number of previous rounds.

"The last few weeks have been tough, but the team continued to show faith in me and I'm confident we're back on-track for the remainder of the season," he commented.

Nunn went on to praise his RM-Z450 bike and said he is confident the team can push harder in the forthcoming rounds.

Team manager Mark Chamberlain congratulated the rider on his return to form and suggested the team could see podium finishes in the next races.

Meanwhile, MX2 rider Matiss Karro had a disastrous weekend, enduring a front-end crash in the first race and forced retirement followed by a broken exhaust in the last heat of the day.

In Devon, Putoline Suzuki star Lee Edmondson won the second round of the GBXC Championship, held near Kingsbridge.
