Motorexpo comes to Canary Wharf
London's most prestigious free-admission motor show is coming to Canary Wharf for its 11th annual show.
From the 22nd to the 28th May this year, 97 acres of the Canary Wharf estate will be devoted to the Motorexpo exhibition, a showcase of new cars and bikes.
The estate will be transformed into a luxurious setting, both outdoors and inside, including decorative fountains, landscaped parks and of course access to the area's shops, bars and restaurants.
Motorbike Insurance - Fantastic Quotes
Motorbike enthusiasts will be attracted by the prospect of free test drives on the innovative new concept bike, the Carver One.
There is comfort for anyone who is a little hesitant at the prospect of testing out a motorbike: insurance at the event will be comprehensive.
As the company gears up for this summer's FIFA World Cup, visitors on the first day of the exhibition will get the chance to meet a living legend of the game - Pele.
There will also be a serious side to proceedings this year, with particular attention being paid to environmental issues - including new fuel technologies, hybrid and electric cars.
Graeme Carver, managing director of Motorexpo is anticipating a great occasion: "The Motorexpo has grown to become a platform at which many manufacturers choose to show their latest vehicles for the first time; this has widened our audience and now attracts motoring enthusiasts from across the country."
