A Cumbrian cafe is set to host the Kawasaki test bike fleet this Sunday July 11th) from 9.30am, which many motorcycle insurance policyholders will be champing at the bit to test out.
The Hartside Cafe in Alston will be giving current and prospective Kawasaki owners a chance to try out rare models that are not usually offered as test ride bikes, according to the company's Catherine Gonzalez.
She said: "Loads of people have tried the 1400GTR and compared it to the Voyager - even though they are both tourers, they are completely different in character and this event allows people to contrast and compare bikes from across the range."
Ms Gonzalez pointed out that as long as motorcycle insurance policyholders have both parts of their licence and fulfil Kawasaki's loan criteria, they are welcome to book and ride any model on the day.
The Cumbrian venue marks the seventh destination in Kawasaki's summer test riding tour, which has seen motorcycle insurance policyholders from Yeovil to Loch Lomond taking 15 models out for a spin.
Models available to test ride include the newly introduced brace of 125cc bikes along with the ER and Versys series and a range of Cruisers.
The local BikeSafe team will also be on hand to assist testers.
