Japanese bikes go on show in US
Ohio is to host an exhibition of vintage Japanese motorcycles over the weekend and biking enthusiasts from across the region are expected to flock to attend.
Pickerington's Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum is to hold Japanese Motorcycle Saturday on June 3rd, which will last all day and include seminars, exhibitions and a bike show, while bikers will also be able to take their own classic Japanese models along.
According to museum executive director Mark Mederski, those who attend the exhibition will be able to adjudge how the various models evolved, as well as getting the opportunity to attend forums on how best to look after their own Japanese bikes.

Mr Mederski told ThisWeek: "We will have perhaps 40 years of history of these machines in one space."
He added: "The most interesting part, though, as with any bike show, is the opportunity to meet and socialise with other bike lovers."
Mr Mederski identified a 1960 Honda RC161 on loan from the collections of Henry Ford as perhaps the show's biggest asset, which, as one of less than ten still in existence, is valued at over $300,000.
Brian Richards, who is the head of a local association of Honda drivers, claimed that Japanese motorcycles proved popular in the US because they were reasonably priced for novice bikers and then built up brand loyalty as manufacturers expanded their range of models.
