Rossi looking to break habit of a career
Valentino Rossi is hoping to defy the inconsistency that has plagued him on the Brno course in the Czech GP and grab a vital win there this weekend.
The Yamaha rider desperately needs a victory in Brno to keep his title hopes alive, but to do so would require him to take his second win in a row there, an achievement he has never managed throughout his racing career.
Rossi has admitted ahead of the race that the track is not one of his favourites but said he has happy memories of last season's victory there and that he hoped to make as much of a success of it as possible this time around.

Of his title aspirations, he commented: "We only have six races left, which is maybe not enough to make up the difference but anyway I want to try to have some fun and win as much as possible.
"Right now I'm not even thinking about the championship. I want to take it race by race and try to find a better way forward with this bike and these tyres so I can have some fun and try to win some more races."
The Italian's 2005 victory in Brno saw him edge out long-time rival Sete Gibernau to extend his lead at the top of that year's standings to an almost unassailable 132 points.
This time around Rossi's position is far more precarious and with the 27-year-old old currently in fourth place and 51 points behind leader Nicky Hayden, a positive result this weekend is a must.
