Rossi 'happy' with Czech performance
Yesterday's MotoGP saw Valentino Rossi clinging onto the possibility of taking the series, after placing second to Loris Capirossi.
Rossi took 20 championship points in the thrilling race, which saw series leader Nicky Hayden fall to ninth after his Repsol Honda suffered problems with its clutch - a motorbike insurance claim if ever there was one - resulting in a loss of power and Hayden sliding back down the field.
Hayden's teammate Dani Pedrosa placed third after a brave fight against Rossi, leaving Pedrosa just 25 points behind Hayden in the overall standings.

Speaking after the race, Rossi told the official MotoGP website: "It was a good race and I am very happy with the weekend."
"Even though I didn't win today this is a very important result for the championship; we are now third and we've gained on Pedrosa and Hayden," he added.
Before this weekend's race, Rossi had pledged to win as many of the remaining six races as was possible; his second place has helped, but with five races left the gap behind the two Repsol Honda riders still looks tough.
And any budding Valentino Rossi is well-advised to shop around for their motorbike insurance, especially if you ride a bike fast enough for the great Italian.
