New BMWs go on show in Ireland
Ireland's motorcycling community will be getting an early glimpse next month at several brand new additions to BMW's portfolio of bikes.
The manufacturer will be displaying five models at next month's Irish Motorbike & Scooter Show, ahead of their arrival in dealerships nationwide, with the highlight being arguably its new Megamoto, an upgrade of the earlier HP2 bike family.
Its creators at BMW rate it as one of the finest street-legal two-cylinder supermotos on offer and mottorrad manager for Ireland Conor McRory has told insidebikes.com that this event is an excellent opportunity to show it and the other four bikes off.

"I am looking forward to discussing the new innovations and advancements of our current crop of exclusive bikes with visitors to the show."
BMW will also be showcasing its G 650 X Country, Challenge, Moto and K 1200 R Sport models ahead of their official launch in Ireland, while their stand will also feature motorcycling idol Charlie Boorman.
Show organiser Ruth Lemass praised the manufacturer for its contribution, in terms of both the bikes that it will be displaying and the extra entertainment value that it is offering to the viewing public.
