Innovative ad campaign promotes motorcycle show
This year's International Motorcycle and Scooter Show will be backed by a pioneering advertising campaign, which will run until the show takes place between November 23rd and December 2nd.
Unveiled on Wednesday (August 15th), the campaign is based on an artistic image of a heart made from various motorcycle parts. The heart is intersected by an exhaust pipe and is complemented by the line 'Be prepared to fall in love'.
Taking place at NEC Birmingham, the show promises to be more spectacular than ever, with hundreds of new models for 2008 on display.
Bike Insurance - Great quotes!
It is partly due to the scale of this year's show that the organisers have devoted so much time to preparation and the new advertising campaign is set to play a key role in raising awareness.
Finlay McAllan, managing director of show organisers MCI Exhibitions, said: "An enormous amount of research has gone into the generation of this year's advertising campaign and the result is a stunning and original new look. In line with what bikers have been telling us, the show has gone back to basics this year with a focus on the motorcycle as the undisputed 'star'."
Mr McAllan has promised a show that is "really exciting for everyone", with a series of innovations added to ever-popular features.
"This year's show is going to offer the best ever value for the consumer," he added.
