Rogue drivers to be targeted in Hampshire parish
Officials in a Hampshire village are getting sick and tired of seeing rogue motorists behave badly on the road, it has been reported.
The Hampshire News has stated that Overton councillor David Llewellyn believes that enough is enough, commenting that he has personally witnessed the effects the rogue driving is having on the area.
Mr Llewellyn said that he has seen mothers with young children as well as old people "terrified" of walking through the local high street for fear of being hit by the motorists.

Indeed, other road users may also be aggrieved at such behaviour, as it may be that bike insurance policies rise in Overton if cover companies decide that the area is a dangerous place to drive.
"The speed through the village at certain times of the day is extremely dangerous," said Mr Llewellyn.
"My view is we have to try and do something about it because somebody is going to get hurt," he added.
Nationwide, Department for Transport figures show that there were 3,150 deaths on roads in the UK during 2006, down from the 3,201 recorded in 2005.
