Motorists 'should watch out after vandalism'
Vandalism in Yate has led to police in the area issuing a plea to those responsible to stop what they are doing, it has been reported.
According to the Avon and Somerset constabulary, a number of vehicles have been scraped using keys while six drivers in Basildon have reported damage to their wing mirrors.
It may be that those on the receiving end now have to pay up for repairs or else claim on their car or bike insurance policies.

This might also prove problematic countywide, as firms could up the cost of cover in order to match what they may perceive as an increased threat.
"I would ask those responsible to think about the people who have been affected by this. They won't have the car while it's repaired and may struggle to get to work [and] school," commented Avon and Somerset neighbourhood chief inspector Caroline Howard.
Vehicle crime in the UK has gone down in the last dozen years, according to official statistics.
Figures from the Home Office show that there has been a 61 per cent drop in incidents since 1995.
