Lancashire drivers struggle with inaccurate sat nav device
Motorists in Lancashire with satellite navigation (sat nav) devices may find that they have been taken to the wrong place, it has been reported.
According to the BBC, inaccurate systems are directing drivers to a dirt track on Saddleworth Moor - found in the Pennine hills and difficult to navigate.
Unfamiliar surroundings such as the moor may prove problematic and see people invalidate their car or bike insurance policies.
Similarly, it may also be that cover firms consider motorists dangerous or negligent too, causing them to put up their prices.

Oldham Council representative Tony Nobley comments that the amount of entities competing for map space has proved to be a source of discontent.
"The problems with sat navs are being worked on between local authorities, freight transport and haulage associations and Ordnance Survey to get freight map data on to these systems," said the official.
Saddleworth Moor is found between Holmfirth and Greenfield in Greater Manchester and also spans the border of the West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester counties.
The Wessenden valley which crosses the moor is often referred to as the Pennine Way.
