Occupational drivers 'often caught speeding'
Motorists behind the wheel of a company car are more likely to be caught out speeding than for any other road offence, new research indicates.
According to GE Fleet Services, the last 12 months has seen speeding tickets handed out in 41 per cent of law-breaking instances involving occupational drivers on UK highways, Motor Trader reports.
People in London driving company cars were found to be the most likely to commit such a crime, with a small number of drivers breaking the law in such a manner habitually.

GE Fleet Services managing director Rich Green believes that the research results represent the conditions of the roads today.
"We believe that the same size [sample] is big enough to provide a good general picture of the fines being paid by company car drivers and their employees," said the official.
This comes as council bosses in Warwickshire have announced that they are to begin a £1 million programme to review speed limits in the area.
According to the Coventry Telegraph, the laws on A and B roads in the region are to be reassessed.
