Sussex motorists targeted in new drink-drive campaign
Drivers in Sussex have been issued a reminder that they will be punished for drinking and driving on roads in the region, according to a local news source.
The Rye & Battle Today comments that the constabulary's Road Policing Unit will up the ante when it comes to pulling over and breathalysing motorists.
It may be that an increased number of people recorded over the limit results in increase car and bike insurance policies as cover companies may judge their actions to be indicative of an area that is mostly dangerous to drive in.

According to Inspector Phil Nicholas for the Road Policing Unit, the number of people breaking the law by taking to the road over the limit cannot be tolerated.
"So far this month we have seen 14 casualties as a result of someone drink driving. This is unacceptable and we will continue to hunt down those who drive impaired and put the lives of others at risk," said the official.
In the UK the current drink-driving limit is 80 mg alcohol per 100 ml blood.
