Never mind the bollards, say protestors
People travelling on roads across Buckinghamshire have expressed their displeasure at bollards installed at Marlow Bridge which are damaging their vehicles, according to a local news source.
Bucks Free Press has reported that people in the area have voiced displeasure at the road feature as they can slash tyres when motorists drive past.
Indeed, the news source received a complaint from Paul Kellet in Cookham Dean which stated that motorists can damage their vehicles due to sharp edges on the bollards.

However, Si Khan, transportation coordinator for Bucks County Council, remarked that such difficulties are experienced by the minority of motorists.
She said: "There are thousands of people using the bridge every day. In comparison to the thousands there are only a few encountering problems."
This follows a report from the same news source which stated that fewer people in the region are using their mobile phones while travelling on roads.
According to the publication, there were 734 motorists caught out between April and December 2007 against 1,620 recorded over the same time frame one year earlier.
