Village speeders targeted by police in crackdown
Police officers in Cheshire are to crack down on motorists breaking the speed limit in two local villages, it has been reported.
According to the Northwich Guardian, Marbury Road in Comberbach and New Road in Anderton are to be monitored in an attempt to catch out rogue travellers.
Local residents have commented that people in the area have been flouting road rules by travelling above the limit, the news source added.
Indeed, it may be that car and motorbike riders caught breaking the law in such a fashion find that they have difficulty picking up car or bike insurance policies in the future.

This is because some cover firms do not offer cheap deals to people who have a history of poor road behaviour.
"I would like to remind everybody that statistics show a driver is more likely to have a collision in a five mile radius from their home because of an over familiarity with their surroundings," remarked sergeant Peter Hough of Northwich Police.
The villages of Anderton and Comberbach can be found in Northwich, which is a town situated at the confluence of the Dane and Weaver rivers.
