Instructors to be investigated in rogue teacher crackdown
People who offer driving lessons in an official capacity without having the appropriate qualifications are to be the focus of a new investigation in Bolton, it has been reported.
The Bolton News has commented that the Driving Standards Agency is looking into five rogue teachers believed to be breaking the law and misleading their students in such a manner.
Indeed, people who learn to ride a motorbike through a dodgy driving instructor could invalidate their motorcycle insurance policies if they have not developed their skills to a sufficient degree.

Deputy head of the fraud team Michelle Motson stated that such behaviour can put "all our lives at risk".
She said: "If illegal instructors are on our roads, they have not passed the agency's rigorous three-part test to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of safety."
The law in the UK currently means that it is illegal for a person to get behind the wheel of a vehicle before they have reached the age of 17.
However, discussions took place earlier this year to increase the limit to 18.
