Charity bikers to stop in West Norfolk

A group of army bikers raising money for charity will be stopping in west Norfolk on the 18th June.

The group is travelling around the country in a 4,200-mile trip in a bid to raise money for the charity, Help the Heroes, reports Lynn News.

In classic army style, the soldiers will be in convoy and will be riding on army Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Included in the group will be 14 soldiers from Prince William in Gloucester Barracks in Grantham.

The route they follow will go along the coast of Britain and they are expected to stop at RAF Marham on the way.

Help for Heroes has recently raised £1 million in their Help for Heroes Bike Ride which went from the HMS Victory in Portsmouth, across the channel to Caen, through northern France and then back to London.

Each entry into the bike ride, which took cyclists through some of World War I and World War II's major battle sites, was required to collect a minimum of £2,000 for the charity.
