Vintage bikes at Classic Motor Show
Rare and unique machines will feature at Birmingham's annual Classic Motor Show at the NEC in November, according to newspress.co.uk.
Scooters and bikes made before the war and up to the 1980s will be on display in the Pavilion, which is next to the Classic Motor Show area. There will also be an area for seminars, motorbike sellers and buyers and for riders hunting spare parts a Bikejumble.
According to the report show organisers are expecting demand for the free space in the halls to be high as clubs can promote their machines and membership to bike enthusiasts.
Andy Rouse, show manager said: "For the past few years we have encouraged more classic motorcycle clubs to apply for the free space that we allocate at each show."
Every club at the show is given a free display area, two entry passes for anyone displaying their bike and a ticket discount for their club members, he added.
And motorcycle insurance customers may be interested to know that among the clubs planning displays at the event are the Triumph Motorcycle Owners Club, the BSA, BSA Bantam, Vincent and the Rover P6 Club who will be at number 3c66 in hall 3.
