Superbike riders to ride through London
Two World Superbike riders will be taking to the streets on London on Ducati 1098's.
Michel Fabrizio and Troy Bayliss, both factory riders for the firm, will ride down Carnaby Street in the early hours of the morning on July 30th, reports Motorcycle News. The duo is in the capital to promote the latest Ducati Puma range at a launch event for the product at the Puma store. Fans who turn up to the event will be able to gain entry and get autographs and photos with the two bikers.
There will also be a prize draw in which two passes to the Brands Hatch WSB round will be awarded. Bikers thinking of investing in a Ducati or another machine should ensure that they take out suitable bike insurance before they take their new vehicles on the road.
In related news, Stuart Manning of Hollyoaks fame recently purchased two new bikes from the Italian company. His second purchase was an impulse buy at the Goodwood Festival of Speed where he was given the opportunity to try out the 200hp 990cc Desmosedici RR and found that he could not leave without one.
