Max is highly involved in NG road racing, the North Gloucestershire Motor Cycle club race meeting that has been running since 1971. He has had various successes since the start of his career around 2005. Listed below are some of his key points in his career past and present:

  • 2015 -Max competed in the National Superstock 600 series but failed to complete the full season due to his ongoing injury. Alongside this, he also competed in select rounds of the European electric bike championship scoring a couple of podium finishes.

20 year old Max grew up in Salisbury in Wiltshire with his family. His dad was a keen racer also, so many of his days were spent watching his dad race from the paddocks. It was clear that petrol ran through the veins of this family, as it was not long after that Max rode his first bike on his 4th birthday, a Yamaha PW 50. His passion for biking grew through the years when he eventually got to the age where he started to make his stamp in the motocross world. He continued this for a few seasons competing in motocross but with all the mud and broken bones that came with this sport, Max decided he would be better suited to that of road racing. With a brief take on riding mini bikes, Max eventually took over from his father and began to race road bikes on various tracks around the UK as well as a few races abroad including locations such as Le Mans and Hockenheimring. So far Max has completed 36 wins along with 15 pole positions, a great achievement showing he has a bright future ahead of him.

Max's calendar for 2016 is looking very jam packed with his summer shaping up to be very busy. With his partaking in the NG Road Racing and his involvement in British Superbikes, this could be a very promising season for Max, so I'm sure you will join us in wishing him the best of luck for the remainder of his season.
