Renewals
You can renew your policy online using your Customer Portal. Need to make a change to your renewal? You can Live Chat us from the Customer Portal.
Existing Customers
You can make changes to your policy anytime in your Customer Portal and as you are making the changes yourself, we offer a reduced admin fee.
If you have an active policy with us, you have been pre–registered for the Customer Portal. If you can't remember your password or have not logged in before you can reset your password here.

Have a question or need support? Live Chat is available in the Customer Portal. Live Chat is available between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday's 9am to 1pm.
Cancel your Policy
You can request to cancel your policy anytime by going to your Customer Portal and answering a few simple questions. If you pay by direct debit there may be an outstanding balance and we will need consent to collect any monies owed from the credit or debit card, we hold on file for you.
